A quiet day in but received a lovely, thoughtful parcel from my nephew Matt and his wife Katie, a package of books which they hoped would cheer me up, they said these were some of their favourite books they’ve read during the last few years. I’ve popped a couple by to take with me to hospital though goodness knows whether i’ll feel up to much reading but will no doubt get plenty of reading done during recovery.
