Monday, had a busy morning then sat in the afternoon and finished off the virus shawl that was originally started in 2017! I played “yarn chicken” and lost on the very last row and ran out of yarn one stitch before the end, I had no choice but to finish there. At least this is for me and not for sale.

Day 99 / 365 – Photo a Day Project 2023
A winding down day today after being so busy yesterday. I put all my things away that i’d used at the craft fair and spent some time in the afternoon crocheting. On Friday while sorting out what I needed for the craft fair I found an unfinished crochet project in my yarn box, so I got that out to finish off this weekend. I also made an entry into my Crochet journal for the project i’d started yesterday at the craft fair. These are great journals – I have one for knitting and one for crochet – and purchased them from the Stationery Geek people who had a stand at Yarndale the last time I went (2019!).
Day 86 / 365 – Photo a Day Project 2023
Feeling OK, I definitely haven’t got the covid as bad as MisterT, i’m feeling a bit tired and washed out and still a bit bunged up but nothing too significant. I was being very gentle with myself and sat most of the afternoon and crocheted.
Day 69 / 365 – Photo a Day Project 2023
More bad weather, more crochet…
Day 68 / 365 – Photo a Day Project 2023
Dug out one of my crochet projects today – Sophie’s Universe – thought as i’m trying to be good and rest up to heal from my op I should make a concerted effort to get this finished!
